　　Like all Chinese traditional festivals, the date of the New Year is determined by the Chinese lunar calendar, which is divided into 12 months, each with about 29.5 days. 　　终于饺子煮成了，一个个圆滚滚的，象极了吃的肥嘟嘟的小白猪。“吃饺子啦！”只见我拿起筷子，在盘子里这个挑挑，那个看看，这个象有钱的，哎！那个也象有钱的，两个都吃掉，一定有一个会有，我小心翼翼地先咬一小口，往饺子里看看有没有硬币，哎看不见，再咬一口，这个饺子里没有，那一定是那个了，接着吃，还是没有，再挑，一连吃了十几个也没吃到，没希望了，今年别想吃到了，等明年让我耍点小聪明，就能吃到了。再吃最后一个，吃完收工，突然“咔叭”一声，“哎哟！妈妈，我的小奶牙光荣下岗了，我真是吃到了一个财源滚滚的小救星。”真是一举两得，一箭双雕呀！前几天妈妈还说把这颗牙拔掉，这下可好，省了10元钱，还免得我害怕。

　　贴春联是春节的一个重要的习俗。每逢春节，人们便在大年三十早上贴出春联，因为春联可以防灾避邪，给人带来好运。今年春节，我们一家回老家过年。大年三十早上，我跟着爸爸去小叔家贴春联。来到叔叔家，我迫不及待拿起春联就想贴，可小叔却不让，他怕我贴错了。其实贴春联也是有讲究的，要看清春联的上联和下联，如果贴错了那可就闹笑话了。这对我来有点难，于是我需心请教爸爸，听着爸爸耐心地讲解，我恍然大悟，想不到看似简单的贴春联活动中还有这么多学问！我们几个小孩子帮着爸爸在大门上贴了大红春联，在大门正中贴上一个“福”字。你可别小看这么个“福”字，它可讲究着呢。“福”字必须倒着贴，这样就意味福到了！

　　团圆饭是每年春节必不可少的一道大餐。春节来临，人们哪怕身在千里之外，都要赶回老家，和亲人团团圆圆，一起吃上一顿团圆饭。今年老姐工作忙，没有回老家，只有我和老爸老妈、三叔和弟弟一起吃年夜饭了。老妈把年夜饭烧好后，我们便上桌吃了。我们互相碰杯，互相祝福。三叔祝我在新学期里成绩更上一层楼，我祝三叔身体健康，生意兴隆。我们沉浸在节日的气氛中，欢声笑语不绝于耳，洋溢着浓浓的年味儿。

　　小孩子最期盼的是当然是放烟花了。吃完年夜饭，孩子们迫不及待地来到场院上，抬头望望，天空早已成了礼花的海洋，五彩缤纷的烟花把深蓝的夜空装点得分外耀眼、夺目。烟花就好像是一个个小精灵，带着喜人的哨音飞向天空，旋转，怒放，我们看得眼花缭乱。春节可真热闹啊！
